“Inclusion. School. Kaliningrad” opened its doors on 23 September 2019. It started to work with two groups of students – children of pre-school and primary school age and young people from 12 to 18 years. Some of the students have complex diagnoses or multiple disabilities.
Among the tutors there are professional actors of Kaliningrad Drama Theatre Marina Yungas and Oleg Yakovenko. Lessons are held at the rehearsal space of the Theatre, where professional actors work every day. “From the very beginning children feel the magic atmosphere of a real theatre, – says Director of Kaliningrad School Elena Kocheva, – They learn to control the body, to breath well, they improve their facial expressions. They also learn to work in groups and how to feel and understand their partners».
